1-Core Call Operations:

a. Initiating outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact databases to introduce products or services.

b. Handling inbound calls from active or curious customers to answer questions and explain corporate offerings.

c. Following structured scripts while personalizing the dialogue contextually to avoid sounding robotic.

d. Conducting follow-up calls to nurture warm leads and safely guide prospects further down the sales funnel.

2- Sales & Lead Management:

a. Qualifying potential leads by asking deliberate questions to gauge a prospect's purchasing intent and requirements.

b. Pitching value propositions by matching specific product features to identified consumer pain points.

c. Overcoming customer objections and rejections professionally to sustain conversion momentum.

d.



Handle a minimum of 40 calls and up to 120 calls per day

3-Administration & Data Tracking:

a. Updating CRM databases with accurate, real-time records of every single call outcome and customer

detail.

b. Logging qualitative feedback and complaints to systematically relay critical user insights to product divisions.

c. Meeting daily operational quotas regarding specific talk-time metrics, call volumes, and target conversions.

Pay: ₹11,529.48 - ₹31,313.73 per month
