Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory management through timely stock updates, physical verification, and reconciliation.
Coordinate with the sales and purchase teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock planning.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency, space utilization, and safety protocols.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Maintain records of incoming/outgoing goods, stock levels, and report discrepancies or delays.
Work with ERP software (e.g., Tally) to track stock movements and generate reports.
Ensure all dispatches are done correctly with proper documentation and packaging.
Plan for peak loads, seasonal demand, and optimize logistics flow.

Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse/inventory management,



preferably in distribution or FMCG sectors.
Robust knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory software (Tally preferred).
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail, especially in stock accuracy and order fulfillment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
