About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive / BDE to help grow our customer base in Pune.

This is a hybrid sales role involving phone/online outreach, scheduled client meetings, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, online research, referrals, and networking.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Schedule and attend client meetings across Pune.
Present and demonstrate our products.
Follow up with prospects and close sales.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Maintain leads and activities in CRM.




Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident speaking with current people and decision-makers.
Good knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas.
Comfortable with calls, meetings, and occasional local travel.
Positive follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Marathi, Hindi & English preferred.
Basic computer, WhatsApp and email knowledge.
Freshers can apply; sales experience is a plus.
