F2F PMC is looking for a QS & Commercial Coordinator to support quantity surveying, cost control, billing review, and commercial monitoring of projects.

Location: Calicut, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements and update BOQs.
Review contractor measurements and billing submissions.
Assist in checking contractor bills and billing certification.
Maintain project cost sheets and commercial trackers.
Monitor project costs against BOQ/budget.
Track variations and additional works.
Coordinate with site/project teams and maintain commercial records.

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in QS, billing or commercial coordination.
PMC experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Solid documentation, communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
