Follow Rules: Ensure all work follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices, which are official quality guidelines) and company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures, or step-by-step work rules).
Control Workplace: Monitor room conditions like temperature and humidity so sensitive ingredients do not spoil.
Use FIFO and FEFO: Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rules. This means older stock or stock that expires sooner is used first.
