Job Description: VisionPLUS (CMS/FAS/TRAMS) – Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead

We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with VisionPLUS - CMS/FAS/TRAMS development as a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead role, expectation should work independently and ready to lead 2 or 3 team members:
Experience should have 5+ years to 12 years.
Robust knowledge in Cards domain.
Should have VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS hands on experience.
Develop and customize applications in VisionPLUS CMS/FAS/TRAMS Modules.
Should have strong development skills in Mainframes (COBOL, CICS, VSAM & JCL).
Should be valuable in Authorization and Interchange Functionalities.
Understanding on the SDLC.
Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
Communication with customer and producing the daily status report.
Should have good oral and written communication.
Should be a valuable team member and ready to lead a team.
Should be proactive and adaptive.
Should be adaptable to work in shifts.
Strong communication skills, Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
