The Academy Counsellor will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled students, guiding them through course selection, career pathways, and enrollment procedures. The role involves counselling students on academic and career prospects, managing admissions, and ensuring a smooth student journey from inquiry to conversions to course completion.

Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Guidance
Provide academic and career counselling to leads, prospective students, helping them choose the right programs based on interests, skills, and career goals.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to explain course structures, career opportunities, and industry demand.
Motivate and guide students throughout their learning journey with the academy.
Admissions & Enrollment
Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Assist with admission formalities, documentation, and course registration.
Maintain accurate student records and databases.
Relationship Building
Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and administration.
Address student concerns regarding courses, schedules, or academic challenges.
Engage with parents/guardians when necessary for student support.
Career Support & Placement Assistance




Provide information on career opportunities, internships, and placements.
Reporting & Development
Prepare reports on student inquiries, admissions, and counselling sessions.
Share feedback and suggestions to improve counselling processes.
Stay updated on educational and industry trends.

Skills & Competencies
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, patience, and ability to motivate students.
Knowledge of academic programs and career trends.
Organizational and record-keeping skills.
Sales/convincing ability to convert inquiries into enrolments.

Qualifications
Any qualification is preferred.
Prior experience as a student counsellor, academic advisor, or admissions officer preferred.
Familiarity with the beauty, fashion, or creative education industry.

Student satisfaction ratings and retention rates.
Effectiveness of counseling sessions (feedback and outcomes).
Contribution to placement and career support.

Pay: ₹11,819.23 - ₹50,000.00 per month
