Key Responsibilities
Manage vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Coordinate with workshops for repairs, servicing, bodywork, and other vehicle work.
Track vehicles sent for repair and ensure timely completion.
Check repair work and the quality of replaced parts.
Inspect vehicles after repairs before returning them to service.
Take regular feedback from ambulance drivers about vehicle issues.
Discuss and negotiate workshop quotations, labour, repair, and spare-part costs.
Maintain records of servicing, repairs, parts replacement, and expenses.
Preferred Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, automobile workshop operations, vehicle maintenance, or a similar role.
Prior experience handling emergency vehicles or ambulance fleets will be an added advantage.
