About BTL & the Role

BTL is a 40+ year-old brand in Hardware, Furniture Fittings and Glassware Fittings.

We’re looking for an experienced Field Sales qualified to grow our business across Jalgaon and surrounding markets. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing markets and taking ownership of a territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent territory growth.
Manage and grow dealer and distributor relationships across the territory.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits and expand market presence.
Identify new business opportunities and independently develop the territory.
Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments and customer requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
4+ years’ experience in Field/Channel Sales, preferably in Hardware, Furniture Fittings,



Building Materials or related industries.
Strong dealer/distributor network in Jalgaon and nearby markets is a major advantage.
Good local market knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, with willingness to travel regularly.
Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to independently manage a territory. Two-wheeler + valid licence preferred.
