Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager with strong knowledge of the Western Mumbai real estate market and an established network of Channel Partners (CPs) from Bhayandar to Andheri.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and maintain robust relationships with Channel Partners / Brokers.
Conduct regular CP visits and communicate project USP, pricing, schemes, and incentives.
Generate walk-ins, site visits, re-visits, and closures through the CP network.
Set CP targets, monitor performance, and drive business generation.
Handle CP queries and ensure smooth coordination with the sales team.
Support the closing team in negotiation, coordination, and deal closure.
Conduct market visits and gather competitor and market intelligence.




Maintain daily MIS of CP meetings, visits, walk-ins, and closures.
Organize CP meets and engagement activities.
Develop and expand the CP network across the assigned market.

Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Sales.
Solid CP/Broker network from Bhayandar to Andheri.
Excellent knowledge of the Western Mumbai real estate market.
Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with good follow-up and closure abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market.

Pay: ₹295,096.76 - ₹800,000.00 per year
