Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Chip-Level Engineering Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for providing practical and theoretical training to students and technicians in laptop and desktop motherboard chip-level repairing. The trainer should have robust technical knowledge and the ability to guide trainees in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide chip-level training for laptop and desktop motherboard repair.
Teach students about electronic components, circuit diagrams, and motherboard architecture.
Train students to use tools such as multimeter, soldering station, a hot air gun, BGA rework station, and BIOS programmer.
Demonstrate troubleshooting techniques for power, display, charging, and motherboard issues.
Conduct practical lab sessions and supervise hands-on training.
Prepare training materials, course modules, and practical assignments.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field.
Strong knowledge of chip-level motherboard repair and circuit troubleshooting.
Prior experience in teaching or technical training is preferred.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to guide and mentor students effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in repairing laptops, desktops, and motherboards at the chip level.
Knowledge of board view software and BIOS programming.
Experience conducting practical training sessions.
