Communicate confidently in Telugu and English.
Attend to customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Telugu and English.
Confident and customer-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
