P.S. Rolls Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced CNC Programmer & Operator to join our manufacturing operations in Punjab.

Location: Balahri Khurd, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled skilled who can independently handle both CNC programming and machine operation. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing machining programs, performing machine setup, and ensuring consistent, high-quality production with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
CNC programming and machine setup (G-code / M-code)
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Tool selection, speeds, feeds, and machining optimization
Operating CNC/VMC machines and monitoring production
Performing tool setting and offset adjustments
Inspecting finished components using measuring instruments
Maintaining quality production standards




Supporting continuous improvement in operations

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of CNC machining processes
Experience in both programming and operating CNC/VMC machines
Ability to understand engineering drawings
Knowledge of tooling, tolerances, and machine setup
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
Manufacturing or production industry experience

Note: Candidates capable of independently managing both CNC programming and machine operation will be given preference.
