BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – SHANTI GROUP

Shanti Group is looking for a confident and skilled Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new industrial, construction and infrastructure project opportunities.• Visit different project locations for official business development work.• Collect and verify project-related information through professional and authorised channels.• Communicate with relevant companies and departments.• Identify potential business opportunities and coordinate follow-ups.• Maintain daily reports of visits, meetings and project information.• Represent Shanti Group professionally.

Candidate Requirements:
Graduate.• Experience: 0–2 Years.• Good communication skills in Hindi.• Basic English communication preferred.• Comfortable with travelling to different locations for official work.• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email and Excel preferred.• Confident, skilled and willing to learn.

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month + Performance Incentives.

Official travel expenses will be covered as per company policy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
