We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Processing Team Member to join our growing team in Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Canada and Australia visa processing, including preparing applications, reviewing documentation, coordinating with clients, and managing the visa filing process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end processing of Canada and Australia visa applications.
Prepare, review, and organise visa applications and supporting documentation.
Ensure all applications and documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within the required timelines.
Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
Review client documentation and identify any missing or incomplete information.
Track the progress of visa applications and maintain accurate records.
Provide timely updates to clients regarding their application status.
Follow up with clients and relevant stakeholders when additional documentation or information is required.
Manage multiple visa applications simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.




Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of client information.

Requirements
Previous experience in Canada and Australia visa processing is essential.
Solid knowledge of visa filing procedures, application requirements, and documentation.
Experience handling and managing visa applications from documentation through to submission.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and work efficiently under deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative tools.
