Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a Fee Collection Executive to manage student fee collections, follow up on pending payments, maintain accurate payment records, and coordinate with students, parents, accounts, and academic teams.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with students and parents regarding pending and upcoming fee payments.
Ensure timely collection of course and installment fees.
Maintain accurate records of fee payments, outstanding dues, and collection status.
Make calls and send messages regarding payment reminders and due dates.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Academic teams for payment reconciliation.
Issue and maintain proper payment receipts and documentation.
Handle student/parent queries related to fees, installments, receipts, and payment status.
Prepare daily and monthly fee collection reports.
Track overdue payments and take necessary follow-up actions.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling financial information.




Ensure all collections are properly recorded and reported to management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in fee collection, accounts receivable, collections, or customer support preferred.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle payment-related conversations professionally and politely.
Positive negotiation and convincing skills.
Experience in an educational institution or training organization will be an added advantage.
