Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate new business opportunities. Candidates with knowledge of the solar industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent sales opportunities through field visits and lead generation
Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their requirements
Promote and explain rooftop solar solutions to potential clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
1 Year + Exeperience Candidate Preferred
Good negotiation and convincing abilities
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
Basic knowledge of rooftop solar systems is preferred
Ability to work independently and in a target-oriented setting
Willingness to travel for field sales activities
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
