Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling designs that support our event management services. The ideal candidate will create innovative designs for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, and digital marketing campaigns. The role requires creativity, time management, and the ability to work in a quick-paced workplace with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Design creative concepts for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, and promotional campaigns.
Create event branding materials including logos, invitations, banners, standees, stage backdrops, LED screen graphics, signage, and event collaterals.
Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogues, presentations,



and company profiles.
Develop engaging digital creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, and online advertisements.
Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printing vendors to ensure high-quality output.
Collaborate with the Event Management, Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to understand client requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all company and client communication materials.
Create mock-ups and visual presentations for client proposals and event concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and industry best practices.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
