Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of cars, automobile features, models, specifications, and the current car market.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cars based on their needs and budget.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, mileage, performance, and benefits to customers.
Conduct and coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls, online enquiries, and other channels.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the purchase process.




Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
Stay updated on new car models, features, competitors, offers, and automobile industry trends.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, documentation, and delivery teams when required.

Requirements
Good knowledge and genuine interest in cars and the automobile industry.
Previous experience in automobile/car sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented approach with good convincing abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven workplace.
Valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
