Train candidates in interview preparation and group discussion techniques.
Develop and implement training materials, activities, and assessments.
Mentor and guide participants to improve confidence and qualified behavior.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
Support placement readiness and career development initiatives.
