ABC Trainings is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer / Trainer with solid knowledge of mechanical design and engineering software. The candidate will be responsible for conducting practical training sessions for students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical training sessions in Mechanical Design and Engineering.
Train candidates on mechanical design software such as Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS and AutoCAD.
Explain design concepts and software applications through practical examples.
Conduct hands-on exercises, assignments and practical sessions.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
Prepare and deliver training materials based on the assigned curriculum.
Guide trainees regarding industry practices and career development.
Maintain a professional and interactive learning setting.
Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Good knowledge of Mechanical Design and CAD software.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and valuable communication skills may also apply.
Prior teaching or training experience will be an advantage.
