Position: Assistant Director of Admissions

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Director of Admissions to support the admissions function and drive student enrollment. The role involves managing the admissions process, guiding prospective parents/students, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Admissions in achieving admissions and enrollment targets.
Manage and monitor the complete student admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding programs, curriculum, facilities, and school policies.
Conduct campus tours, parent meetings, presentations, and admission interactions.
Follow up with prospective families and maintain accurate admission records.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with parents and prospective families.
Track admissions data,



prepare reports, and monitor conversion rates.
Assist in organizing admission campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive parent experience.
Support the admissions team in meeting monthly and annual enrollment goals.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in school admissions, education counseling, sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Robust leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
Target-oriented, confident, and professional approach.
Experience in a reputed school or educational institution will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
