Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Experience: 4–6 Years (Pvt. Ltd. Experience minimum 2 years T.O. above 2000 Lacs)
Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounting and ledger scrutiny in Tally.
Bank accounting and reconciliation.
GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and PT compliance.
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and TDS return working.
Invoicing and E-Invoicing.
TDS computation and reconciliation.
Monthly P&L; and Balance Sheet preparation.
Salary and consultant bill booking.
Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Utilisation Certificates (UC).
Project-wise accounting and financial reporting.
Internal audit experience and audit coordination.
Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal compliance activities.

Required Skills
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Solid practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
Internal audit experience preferred/required.
Strong reconciliation, analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to independently handle accounting and compliance activities.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
