Understanding of dye classes (Reactive, Disperse, Vat, Sulphur, Pigment, etc.).
Color matching and color science expertise.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with spectrophotometers and color management software.
Leadership and communication abilities.
Knowledge of textile testing standards
Transfer laboratory recipes to production dyeing machines.
Support production teams in troubleshooting dyeing problems.
Analyze bulk dyeing results and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with production, quality, and merchandising departments.
Monitor inventory of dyes, chemicals, and laboratory consumables.
Verify incoming dyes and chemicals for quality and consistency.
Maintain proper storage and handling procedures.
