Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, quality control, kitchen team supervision, inventory coordination, hygiene, and ensuring smooth service operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on culinary skills and experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or multi-outlet F&B; environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesKitchen Operations
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
Supervise food preparation and ensure timely service.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to approved recipes and standards.
Coordinate with service and restaurant teams during peak hours.

Team Management




Supervise and guide Commis Chefs, CDPs, kitchen helpers, and other kitchen staff.
Allocate daily duties and manage kitchen staff schedules.
Train team members on recipes, preparation methods, hygiene, and SOPs.
Monitor team performance and maintain kitchen discipline.

Candidate Profile
4–8 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
Experience as Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef / CDP / Senior CDP.
Solid knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Experience handling and supervising kitchen teams.
Valuable understanding of food costing, inventory, and wastage control.
Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours.
Good communication and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
