Job Description – Telecaller (Pharmacy Line)

Position: Telecaller – Pharmacy

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Type: Full-Time
Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pharmacy products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Coordinate with the sales/pharmacy team when required.
Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the pharmacy/healthcare industry.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of pharmacy products/medicines will be an advantage.
Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
