We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to plan, coordinate, and manage residential construction projects from commencement to completion.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage construction projects as per schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Supervise overall site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor materials, manpower, project costs, and timelines.
Review drawings and identify construction issues, providing practical solutions.
Ensure proper coordination between civil, electrical, plumbing, interiors, and other works.
Conduct regular site inspections and track project progress.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to management and clients.
Handle client coordination and resolve site-related concerns.
Qualification & Experience
Education: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction/project management
Preferred: Solid experience in residential construction projects

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
