We are an export-oriented manufacturing company producing Aluminium Household Foils, Aluminium Containers and Garbage Bags, and are looking for an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for plant operations, production and productivity.
Manage production planning, quality, maintenance, manpower and inventory.
Achieve production targets while controlling wastage and manufacturing costs.
Improve machine utilisation, OEE, productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure consistent quality and timely production for export orders.
Lead and develop the plant team and implement performance-based KPIs.
Ensure safety, statutory compliance and a disciplined work environment.
Drive continuous improvement,



automation and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements:
12–20 years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in a senior plant-management role.
Experience in aluminium foil, aluminium packaging, plastic films, garbage bags, adaptable packaging or similar industries preferred.
Robust leadership, problem-solving and shop-floor management skills.
Engineering qualification preferred.

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
