The Spare Assistant is responsible for supporting the Spare Parts Incharge in the day-to-day handling, storage, issuing, and tracking of spare parts and accessories. The role ensures that required parts are available and issued to the service team on time.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving and checking spare parts from suppliers.
Arrange and maintain spare parts systematically in the store.
Issue spare parts to technicians/service advisors based on approved job cards.
Maintain proper records of parts received, issued, returned, and transferred.
Support daily stock verification and physical stock counting.
Identify quick-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving spare parts.
Assist in maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.
Check part numbers, quantities, and descriptions before issuing parts.
Ensure proper tagging and identification of spare parts.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts Incharge regarding stock shortages and requirements.
Assist in preparing purchase/reorder requirements.
Handle returned, damaged,



or warranty-related parts as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the spare parts store.
Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
Follow company procedures for stock control, safety, and documentation.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely availability of required parts.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of automobile/two-wheeler spare parts.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred
Experience: 0–2 years in automobile spare parts/store operations preferred. Freshers with basic automobile knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
