Document software designs, processes, and code to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D.;
Robust experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software applications.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
