Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
Achieve monthly and daily sales targets through effective team management.
Monitor sales performance and take necessary action to improve results.
Lead, train, guide and motivate the store team.
Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure proper completion of assigned work.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
Monitor stock availability, stock movement and inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
Coordinate with the Head Office,



Accounts and Warehouse teams as required.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in apparel or fashion retail will be an advantage.
Minimum qualification is plus two
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust team management and leadership abilities.
Positive customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work towards sales targets and business goals.
Basic computer knowledge

Salary:15000-20000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
