Job Summary

The Hospital Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital's healthcare services, boosting patient conversions, and strengthening the hospitals brand presence across Agartala. This role involves balancing community-level outreach with structured corporate B2B networking to establish a steady channel of patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Referral Network Management (B2B Outreach):Meet and build working relationships with local diagnostic centres, clinics, and independent physicians across Agartala and neighbouring districts to secure patient referrals.
Corporate & Institutional Tie-ups: Pitch, negotiate, and finalize healthcare service contracts with local corporate offices, banks, government departments, and NGOs for institutional health packages and employee wellness plans.
Community Health Initiatives: Plan, organize, and execute local health camps, free check-up drives, seminars and awareness programs in urban and rural community pockets.
Brand Visibility & Collateral: Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials (brochures, tariff flyers, banners) across the facility and target client zones.



Work alongside the administrative team to market specific specialties (e.g.,Cardiology, Orthopedics).
Reporting & Market Intelligence: Conduct fieldwork to map competitor pricing, tracking patient footfall patterns, and compiling weekly or monthly ROI reports for upper management.
Patient: Directing and facilitating patient referrals to Desun Hospital, Kolkata for advanced medical care.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Graduate degree; a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA), MBA (Marketing), Mass Communication, or healthcare/ pharmacy background is preferred.
Experience: Generally, 1 to 4 years of experience in hospital sales, healthcare promotions, or medical representative (MR) field roles.
Skills: Functional proficiency in MS Office (for tracking targets), outstanding negotiation tactics, and a robust understanding of hospital workflows.
Language & Travel: Fluency in Bengali, English and Assamese is highly beneficial for local community camp execution. Candidates must own a two-wheeler for regular field visits.
