Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Engineer to develop business opportunities across Government Departments, PSUs, infrastructure projects, EPC contractors and consultants in Leh/Ladakh.

Key Responsibilities
Develop current business and maintain relationships with government officials, engineers, consultants, EPCs, contractors and procurement teams.
Identify upcoming government and infrastructure projects and generate qualified leads.
Track tenders, EOI, RFQs, DPRs, work orders and procurement prospects.
Conduct regular government office, customer, consultant and project-site visits.
Identify and develop opportunities in Water & Wastewater, Power & Electrical, Infrastructure, Automation and Digital Solutions.
Promote solutions including PLC/HMI, SCADA, Automation, EMS/PMS, Smart Metering, IoT, MCC/PCC Panels and LT/HT Electrical Solutions.
Understand basic BOQs, technical specifications and electrical/automation requirements.




Coordinate with technical teams for tenders, techno-commercial proposals and solution development.
Manage opportunities from lead → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order closure.
Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, visit reports and competitor/project intelligence.
Follow up for technical approvals, commercial finalization, Purchase Orders and collections.

Requirements
BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in government sales, technical sales, EPC, infrastructure, electrical/automation, water or tendering preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of government tendering/procurement will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across Leh/Ladakh and work at remote project locations is essential.
English and Hindi required; knowledge of Ladakhi/local language is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
