Homework Living is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Bangalore showroom.
If you understand furniture retail, love working with customers, and know how to drive store performance — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day showroom operations
Lead and motivate the sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure high standards of customer experience
Oversee inventory coordination and store presentation
Handle CRM follow-ups and conversions
Requirements:
3+ years experience in furniture or premium retail
Robust leadership and communication skills
Target-driven mindset
Ability to manage team performance and store operations
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
