Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Plan and supervise hiring, job postings, interviews, and onboarding for current staff.
Employee Relations: Listen to employee concerns, solve workplace conflicts, and support a healthy work culture.
Performance Management: Run performance review cycles and help staff set and reach qualified goals.
Training & Development: Find skill gaps and coordinate learning programs to help team members grow.
Compensation & Advantages: Manage salary structures, health plans, and employee wellness programs.
Compliance & Policy: Make sure all company rules follow local labor laws and keep accurate HR records.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
