Position: Client Account Manager
Location: Gandhinagar, Kudasan
Salary Range: 4 - 4.5 LPA

Role Overview
We are looking for an client service who will ensure clients receive exceptional service
while supporting the organization's sales objectives. The role involves managing client
relationships, overseeing Account Representatives, and developing and implementing client
service strategies that drive revenue growth while delivering a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client needs are consistently
met.
Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal agency stakeholders.
Prepare detailed brand briefs and campaign briefs to ensure smooth execution.
Develop and oversee implementation of client service protocols.
Resolve complex client issues or disputes professionally and efficiently.




Coach and support team members to help achieve client objectives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, tracking KPIs and identifying
areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements
1 to 3 years of prior experience in client-facing roles.
Solid communication skills with the ability to anticipate client needs.
Experience in Performance Marketing is required.
Robust problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Creative and creative mind-set to deliver a cutting-edge client experience.
Proficiency in a second language is an added advantage.
