Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of technical and facility systems at the client site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable and productive functioning of electrical, mechanical, MEP and ELV/security systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, MEP and ELV systems.

● Conduct regular site inspections and identify technical faults or unsafe conditions.

● Handle technical complaints and first-level troubleshooting.

● Plan and ensure completion of preventive maintenance activities.

● Coordinate technicians, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and other technical staff.

● Manage equipment breakdowns and coordinate with vendors/contractors for timely resolution.

● Monitor and support systems such as CCTV, Access Control, UPS, DG Sets, HVAC, pumps, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.

● Coordinate with Security and Housekeeping teams for smooth facility operations.





● Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, equipment registers and technical documentation.

● Ensure compliance with safety procedures and safe working practices.

● Coordinate with clients and provide timely updates on technical issues.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance and LT Distribution.

● Working knowledge of MEP, HVAC, plumbing and building maintenance.

● Basic knowledge of ELV and Security Systems such as CCTV, Access Control and Biometric Systems.

● Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

● Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

● Vendor and contractor coordination experience.

● Positive communication and documentation skills.

● Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, MEP Services, Technical Site Operations or Integrated Facility Management will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, malls or industrial facilities are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
