Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling: Create daily and weekly production plans. Manage workflow to meet delivery deadlines.tions.
Floor Supervision: Oversee workers and daily factory operations. Assign tasks and manage shift manpower
Quality & Safety: Check product quality and follow safety rules. Report machine or material problems right away.
Maintenance & Resources: Work with the maintenance team to fix broken machines.
Track raw materials to avoid shortages.
Reporting: Keep production logs and batch records up to date. Share progress reports with management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
