Responsibilities:
Manage overall plant operations including Production, R&D;, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
Ensure smooth and timely production of electronic products and PCBA.
Plan and achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Monitor plant performance, productivity, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production processes.
Drive continuous improvement and reduce production losses and wastage.
Monitor inventory, material availability, and production planning.
Develop and lead the plant team to achieve business objectives.
Handle production issues and ensure timely corrective actions.




Prepare and report plant performance to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of experience in EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, PCBA, or similar manufacturing industry.
Solid experience in plant operations and production management.
Good knowledge of SMT, THT, PCBA assembly, testing, and electronics manufacturing processes.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and production processes.
Solid communication and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹1,946,550.85 per month
