Job Description – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location Requirement: Candidate must be willing to work from Nashik

Key Responsibilities

 Lead finance and accounting operations of the company.

 Ensure timely statutory compliance, taxation and regulatory

requirements.

 Manage internal, statutory and financial audits and coordinate with

auditors.

 Drive costing, cost control and profitability analysis.

 Monitor and manage company expenses and identify cost optimization

opportunities.

 Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

 Prepare and review MIS, financial reports and management dashboards.

 Provide strategic financial insights to the MD/Management for business

decisions.





 Strengthen financial controls, processes and risk management.

 Manage working capital, cash flow and overall financial discipline.

Candidate Profile

 CA with 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Food Processing /

Manufacturing.

 Robust knowledge of Accounting, Compliance, Audits, Costing and

Budgeting.

 Excellent analytical, financial planning and decision-making skills.

 Robust leadership and communication abilities.

 Must be willing to work from Nashik, Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
