Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to train and upskill technicians for field and workshop operations through hands-on, practical training.
Key Responsibilities:
Train technicians on technical skills, tools, equipment, and SOPs
Conduct hands-on training at workshops.
Demonstrate correct usage, maintenance, and safety practices
Assess skill levels and provide on-the-job coaching
Prepare practical training materials (visual aids, checklists, demos)
Track trainee progress and maintain training records
Coordinate with supervisors to identify training needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer (preferably training technicians)
Solid hands-on technical knowledge in Passenger Cars
Ability to train in local language.
Valuable communication and demonstration skills
Ability to work in workshops.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma / certification in a relevant technical trade
Experience with on-the-job training (OJT) methods
Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards
Compensation: As per industry standards
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
