Strong experience in DISCOM liaisoning and stakeholder management.
Established relationships and working network with KESCO officials.
Positive understanding of the DISCOM ecosystem, processes, and operational requirements.
Robust local presence and knowledge of the KESCO operating area.
Ability to coordinate effectively with DISCOM officials for metering, approvals, field operations, and issue resolution.
Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Preference for candidates who can join immediately or at short notice
