Experience: 1–2 Years in Marketing / Sales
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing and sales activities to increase customer reach.
Generate new leads and develop solid customer relationships.
Promote jewellery collections, offers, schemes and special campaigns.
Conduct field marketing activities and identify potential customers.
Coordinate with local businesses, institutions and organizations for promotional opportunities.
Follow up with leads and convert them into showroom visits and sales.
Support showroom events, promotional campaigns and outdoor activities.
Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in marketing or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Positive knowledge of the local market.
Energetic, confident and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.
Valuable Malayalam communication; English is an advantage.
Strong networking and customer relationship skills.
