ub Operations: Manage end-to-end daily hub operations, ensuring smooth inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.
Manpower Management: Plan and allocate manpower, manage attendance, shifts, productivity, and performance of hub staff.
SLA & Productivity: Ensure hub KPIs, productivity, TAT, and SLA targets are achieved consistently.
Shipment Management: Monitor shipment flow, pending shipments, undelivered shipments, RTO, and aging.
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory handling, scanning, reconciliation, and minimize loss/damage.
Process Compliance: Ensure all operational processes and SOPs are followed by the team.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with delivery partners/vendors and monitor their performance.
Issue Resolution:



Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve customer, shipment, manpower, and process-related issues.
MIS & Reporting: Track daily performance and prepare/share operational reports with management.
Loss & Theft Control: Maintain hub security and take preventive measures against shipment loss, theft, and damages.
Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the hub team to improve overall performance.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Support, and other stakeholders for smooth hub functioning. Role & responsibilities
