Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, selection, and joining formalities.
Manage the employee onboarding process and maintain complete employee documentation.
Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
Support statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR MIS, and HR-related reports.
Address employee grievances and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, and cultural programs.
Assist in Performance Management System (PMS) activities, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
Coordinate with employees and department heads for various HR-related matters.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and maintain discipline across the organization.
Support HR audits and administrative activities as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience




Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
4–6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, labour compliance, and employee engagement activities.
Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications.
Solid communication, interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Candidates from Vasai / Kaman and nearby locations will be preferred.
