We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller to join our team at our office in South Extension, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and communicate professionally with potential candidates, clients, senior professionals and other stakeholders.
Explain award and recognition programs clearly and professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Handle queries and provide accurate information over the phone.
Maintain call records and basic data using Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Eligibility & Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite and professional communication.
Comfortable making 50–100+ calls per day.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and MS Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer communication, sales or follow-up will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate comfortably with senior professionals and government-related individuals.
