We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in field marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business growth through effective field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to promote company products/services.
Generate new leads through market visits, referrals, and direct customer interaction.
Meet potential customers and explain products/services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
Follow up with leads and support the sales conversion process.
Conduct market research and gather information about competitors and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned marketing and lead-generation targets.
Maintain daily records of field visits, leads,



and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Marketing.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Strong knowledge of local market and customer handling.
Confident and comfortable with field visits and direct customer interaction.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with positive field marketing knowledge, lead-generation skills, customer-handling experience, and a solid understanding of marketing strategies will be preferred.
