We are looking for a Tour Manager to lead and coordinate our Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams and ensure smooth day to day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, guide & monitor the Sales, Operations & Marketing teams.

Set daily, weekly & monthly targets for team members.

Monitor individual and team performance & provide regular guidance.

Allocate leads and monitor follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Take ownership of monthly sales and revenue targets.

Support the sales team in customer handling, negotiations, quotations& closures.

Oversee tour operations, itineraries, vendor coordination, and service quality.

Handle customer issues and ensure smooth execution of tours.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and provide inputs based on market requirements.





Prepare daily/monthly performance reports and update management.

Requirements

5–6 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.

Experience in travel sales, tour operations, or team management.

Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and decision making skills.

Good knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
