This entry-level opportunity is designed for fresh graduates or candidates beginning their careers in HR and recruitment. You will work alongside the recruitment team and gain practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for assigned vacancies.
Support initial candidate screening activities.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Support job posting and recruitment-related administrative activities.
Learn and apply recruitment sourcing and screening techniques.
Assist the recruitment team in executing recruitment strategies.
Support day-to-day recruitment coordination and documentation.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
