Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, alert, and hardworking Caretaker to oversee the safety, supervision, and day-to-day upkeep of the premises. The Caretaker will be responsible for monitoring access to the property, maintaining visitor records, conducting regular checks of the premises, attending to basic maintenance requirements, and ensuring that the property remains secure, clean, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities Premises Supervision
Monitor entry and exit of visitors, staff, vendors, and vehicles.
Maintain visitor and vehicle movement records.
Keep a watch over the premises and immediately report any unusual or suspicious activity.
Conduct regular rounds of the property to ensure everything is in order.
Ensure gates, doors, windows, and other access points are properly closed and secured.
Report any incident, damage, theft, unauthorized access, or other concern to management immediately.
Assist during emergencies and contact the appropriate authorities or service providers when required.

General Duties
Maintain daily records, registers, and logs as required.
Assist visitors, or authorised personnel with basic requirements.




Protect the property and its assets and report any loss or damage immediately.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the property and its occupants.
Follow instructions and procedures provided by management.
Be available to attend to urgent matters when required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum 10th standard qualification preferred.
Previous experience in caretaking, facility management, Security Guard, or a similar role preferred.
Physically fit and capable of walking and standing for extended periods.
Basic communication and record-keeping skills.
Should be honest, reliable, disciplined, and responsible.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Flexible working hours based on property requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
